10 Extension

Curated works and texts on the ‘measurable’ qualities of closeness in intimacy. Design inspired by an extension cord, each spread is formatted as a continuous horizontal bar. Each spread also contains an orange image at the center that depicts two objects/subjects becoming one. This is meant as a visual representation of the selected texts, which deals with ‘closeness’ in relationships and the degrees to which aspects of self can be shared. There are no page numbers or sections to this book due to it being meant to read as one linear work, similar to the flow of electricity in a cord.
